instance method `escape_once`

Compare with:

escape_once(html)

Returns an escaped version of html without affecting existing escaped entities.

escape_once("1 < 2 &amp; 3")
# => "1 &lt; 2 &amp; 3"

escape_once("&lt;&lt; Accept & Checkout")
# => "&lt;&lt; Accept &amp; Checkout"
