ActiveStorage::Filename.new("foo:bar.jpg").sanitized # => "foo-bar.jpg"
ActiveStorage::Filename.new("foo/bar.jpg").sanitized # => "foo-bar.jpg"

Characters considered unsafe for storage (e.g. \, $, and the RTL override character) are replaced with a dash.
