hash = ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess.new(1)
hash.default # => 1
hash = ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess.new { |hash, key| key }
hash.default # => nil
hash.default('foo') # => 'foo'
hash.default(:foo) # => 'foo'
